The Experience
Palm Springs Spotlight is a curated business acceleration experience presented by Spotlight Authority. Over three days, attendees take part in workshops, photography sessions, meals, excursions, and social activities designed to help them build powerful personal brands, lead with confidence, and connect with a community of like-minded business owners.

The Venue
The retreat is hosted at Spirit of Sofia, a private estate in Palm Springs, California. Accommodation is included as part of the retreat package, with single, double, and triple room options.
Investment

Palm Springs Spotlight — Itinerary
October 5–8, 2026 · Spirit of Sofia, Palm Springs, CA. Four days. Four expert sessions. One room of ambitious women. Here's exactly what to expect.
Day 1 — Arrival (Monday, October 5)

6:00 PM — Arrival & Check-In:
Get settled into your room at Spirit of Sofia. Change for dinner and come ready to connect.

6:30 PM — Welcome Dinner, Networking & Drinks:
An intimate dinner to get to know one another. Share your business, your goals for the weekend, and how you can support each other.

7:30 PM — Salsa Lessons with Rosa:
A little dancing, a lot of laughing — the perfect way to shake off the travel day.

8:30 PM — Thankful Session:
A grounding close to the evening. Share what you're feeling, what you need to let go of, and what you're committing to focus on.

Note — Quiet Time After 10 PM:
Palm Springs has a city by-law quiet time of 10 PM. A clear head and good sleep are non-negotiable.
Day 2 — First Full Day (Tuesday, October 6)

Get your first round of headshots and personal brand content captured on site.

Included and served on site.

1:00–2:30 PM — Session 2: Big Brand Energy:
With Katrina Owens. PR strategy, visibility positioning, and the moves that take you from best-kept secret to the name everyone knows.

2:30–3:30 PM — Hot Seats & Group Mentorship:
Bring your biggest challenge to the group for real-time mentorship.

4:00 PM — Poolside Happy Hour & Book Launch:
Celebrate Katrina's book launch — Six Figure Personal Brand — poolside with drinks and content.

5:30 PM — Palm Springs Content Walk:
Iconic Palm Springs locations for creative content and headshots. Your golden hour shoot in the city.

7:30 PM — Dinner (Optional):
Optional group dinner out in Palm Springs. Dinner is not included — on your own budget.
Day 3 — Full Day (Wednesday, October 7)

Breakfast included. This is the biggest day of the retreat.

With Melissa Rodgers. Leave with a messaging framework built around your specific offer and a simple content strategy.

10:45–11:45 AM — Session 4: Social Content That Doesn't Suck:
With Lindsay Kay. Practical, real-world social media strategy from a creator who actually does it.

11:45 AM — Live Post Challenge:
Create and post live content with the support of the group and experts.

12:00 PM — Lunch:
Included on site.

12:30 PM — Free Time: Get Ready & Content:
Freshen up and squeeze in remaining headshots before loading the bus.

2:30 PM — Load the Bus:
Be outside, luggage-free, and ready to go. The bus departs at 2:45 PM sharp.

2:45 PM — Bus Departs for Joshua Tree:
Sharp departure. The drive is approximately 1 hour.

4:00–6:00 PM — Joshua Tree Desert Photo Shoot:
Two locations in the desert. Your magazine-worthy brand shoot with dramatic rock formations and desert gold light.

6:00–6:30 PM — Golden Hour Headshots:
The best light of the day. Final headshot session at Joshua Tree.

6:45 PM — Depart Joshua Tree.

7:30 PM — Pappy & Harriet's Saloon:
A legendary desert roadhouse in Pioneertown. Dinner, drinks, and live music.

9:00–10:00 PM — Travel Back to Hotel.
Day 4 — Final Morning (Thursday, October 8)

Last morning at Spirit of Sofia. Breakfast included.

8:30–9:00 AM — Affirmations & Intentions with Krista:
A closing morning session to anchor everything you've built.

9:00 AM — Co-Working Session & Peer Support:
Work alongside the women in the room. Refine your 90-day plan or get feedback on your messaging.

10:30 AM — Live Post Challenge:
One final live post before you check out.

11:00 AM — Pack Up:
Gather your things, exchange details, and say your goodbyes.

12:00 PM — Depart Property:
Check-out at noon. You leave with a 90-day visibility plan, a gallery of brand content, professional headshots, and a room full of women who have your back.
Before You Pack

Plan Your Looks:
You'll have multiple content opportunities — poolside, downtown Palm Springs, and Joshua Tree. Plan at least 3–4 outfits with your brand aesthetic in mind.

Headshots Are Included:
Professional headshots are part of the experience. Come with hair and makeup ready each morning.

Quiet After 10 PM:
Palm Springs by-law. Plan accordingly and rest.

Flights & Transfers:
Flights and airport transfers are not included. Aim to arrive in Palm Springs by 5 PM on October 5.
